Earlier this week we staged an important meeting for the Mass Production Coalition (MPC) at the Red Sky Studio here in Boston. MPC, like AVFX, support the efforts to bring feature film production to Massachusetts.
The audience that night got to hear from Peter Deming, ASC, an American cinematographer, winner of the Independent Spirit Award for Best Cinematography. He is especially known for his collaborations with demanding film directors like Sam Raimi, David Lynch and Wes Craven. He’a an artist and a perfectionist.
AVFX staged the event inside of Sound Stage 1 and it was a great opportunity for our lighting department to shine (literally). You’ll see what I mean in this video.
