AVFX has provided AV production support for Beacon Hill Staffing Group for many years. In 2020, we also began producing content for the Beacon Hill holiday party — one of our favorite events to produce.
In December, Beacon Hill came together in Boston to celebrate another successful year for the company. Beacon Hill recognized their award-winners, networked and connected with fellow members of their team, and danced and celebrated into the evening.
Beacon Hill Holiday Party
AVFX begins the planning process for the Beacon Hill holiday party months before the event. Each summer, AVFX designs the event branding and logo that then serves as a starting point for the look and feel of all other visual assets for the party.
The most recent event was set up differently than before. We used the cocktail reception hall as a place to integrate digital media. We created media for four different “exhibits” in the cocktail reception hall. This media included animations that displayed the names of award winners and accolades on ultra-stretch monitors. We also created what we call a “Brady Bunch” photo exhibit.
For the awards program, AVFX created an opening video, award announcement animations, raffle announcement animations, and other video content that played throughout the night. AVFX also created a highlight reel.
