Salary Range: $21 - $23 DOE
Position Overview: Perform daily operations contributing to the success of AV Matters Orlando office
Expectations
Office Manager reports to the Director of Administrative Services. This in-office position functions as a member of the team to ensure that the office is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Tasks
- Greeting visitors
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Purchasing office supplies and managing supply inventory
- Scheduling and planning office meetings, parties, and celebrations
- Assisting Director of Administrative Services with HR and Accounting tasks
Required Skills
- A friendly and pleasant disposition
- Willing to work in a team environment
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Industry experience a plus
