Location: Orlando, FL

Details: Part Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $21 - $23 DOE

Position Overview: Perform daily operations contributing to the success of AV Matters Orlando office


Office Manager reports to the Director of Administrative Services. This in-office position functions as a member of the team to ensure that the office is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Tasks

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Purchasing office supplies and managing supply inventory
  • Scheduling and planning office meetings, parties, and celebrations
  • Assisting Director of Administrative Services with HR and Accounting tasks

Required Skills

  • A friendly and pleasant disposition

  • Must maintain a professional appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
