Director of Human Resources

Location: Denver, Boston, or Orlando

Details: Full-Time, Exempt

Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 annual

We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to help grow our culture and business. We have a culture that is focused on our people, but we need your help to strengthen our people processes and training. The employees are passionate about their relationships with our colleagues and clients, doing quality work, and continuing to grow and develop so they remain the best in the industry.

Here is what you’ll get to do:

  • Define, own, plan, direct, coordinate and oversee human resource operations activities in the organization to ensure growth and development
  • Assist in formulating and implementing strategic goals
  • Enhance the company culture and employee engagement through consistent communication of company vision, goals, and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with the CEO, CFO, and external resources to analyze processes and policies and make recommendations to develop solutions

 You’ll love this job if you already have:

  • 5+ years human resource management experience
  • Enjoy working at the office at least 3 days/week
  • A passion for people and problem-solving
  • Experience with merger & acquisition due diligence and integrating acquisitions
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) (preferred); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to manage others, delegate responsibility and provide support
  • Have a high level of energy, positive attitude, and growth mindset
  • Critical thinking skills, communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
