AVFX‘s Media Production Group created a dynamic display across three large screens and LED columns between them. This event was a marketing roadshow at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.
Our client decided to combine two US business meetings they presented in 2018 into a single event in Boston this year. Last year they were in Austin and Boston.

The client selected AVFX to work closely with their internal planning teams to accommodate the large group for two days of general sessions and seven breakout rooms. We designed a dramatic stage with three 27 foot projection screens separated by two 20 feet high 3.9mm LED columns.
AVFX also produced the dynamic media displayed on all three 27 x 15-foot screens and the two LED columns. The screens and the 60-foot stage were backed by 120 feet of dramatically lit white drape.
