Corporate Event Production & Thematic Experience Design 

For a national HomeGoods managers meeting, the goal was to create a high-energy, brand-aligned experience that would leave a lasting impression on attendees. 

The event was built around a theme inspired by The Greatest Showman, using music, staging, and live performance to bring the concept to life. 

The Challenge 

This event required more than standard production: 

  • Translate a cinematic theme into a live event environment 
  • Create a cohesive experience from general session through closing moments 
  • Deliver a memorable finale that reinforced brand energy and connection 

The experience needed to feel intentional from start to finish. 

The Solution 

AVFX supported the event with a production approach focused on storytelling and execution: 

  • Live Performance Integration 
    A choir from Atlanta, the host city, performed a custom musical finale, incorporating brand messaging into the performance 
  • Staging & Show Flow Coordination 
    Careful planning ensured the event built toward a strong, memorable closing moment
