Utilizing 80,000 lumens to create a fully blended projection image on a 12’x36’ center screen, along with an additional 40,000 lumens illuminating two outboard 9’x16’ surfaces, AVFX helped create a dynamic and immersive display of content.
In an effort to further enhance the ambiance of the ballroom space, each surrounding wall was wrapped floor to ceiling with a gray drape, which was uplight using 30 wireless LED uplights.
Robotic moving lights were used to display patterns on the walls and ceiling during transitions within the program.

Each year the Wyss Institute holds its annual retreat, a day-long meeting that brings together all members of the Institute community, including faculty, researchers, technical and administrative staff, fellows, clinical collaborators, and students. The agenda gives the latest updates on the innovation and technology translation efforts taking place at the Institute, delivered through presentations, posters, and demonstrations.

“From beginning to end, the AVFX team and crew prove to be a cut above the rest; truly grateful for your partnership. Really appreciated being able to rely on your expertise to help bring our concept to life. We look forward to future collaborations and thank you for helping to make the return of our Retreat a great success.”
