AVFX hosted the Denver Event Production Showcase on January 4, 2024, at the AVFX office located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
“Must-have” event technologies evolve daily. AVFX’s goal was to share lessons learned from past events, look ahead to the strategies and technologies that will dominate the 2024 event landscape, and help meeting professionals stay ahead of the curve.
Attendees included people involved in planning corporate meetings, hosting special events, and designing exhibits. Attendees had the opportunity to get to know our expert staff – and get new ideas for their upcoming events. We demoed eye-catching ideas using the latest in AV event technology and creative media solutions.
Exciting demos and displays were set up in every room. On display were lots of ideas for 2024 events, including LED wall technology, projection mapping, AV-Drop staging, touch-screen monitors, an amazing presenter management system, and a life-size Zoom.
All the demos were designed and built by our staff. Our team focused on beneficial and inspirational solutions to share with our clients based on their own observations and experiences in the field. They also created some prototype displays to see what was possible. As you’ve probably experienced, if you’ve worked with us, you may not know what you want until you see it.
