This year’s CenterStage gala took place at the Museum of Fine Arts (MFA) in Boston. The gala raised funds for research at the Mass General Cancer Center, a global leader in innovative cancer research. Funds raised at CenterStage play a key role in bringing bold breakthroughs from the laboratory to patients’ bedsides.
CenterStage was produced and designed by Rafanelli Events with audiovisual technology and media content provided by AVFX and illumination by Port.
To create an immersive, engaging experience AVFX used vertical projection, which required us to turn the projectors on their sides in order to fill the walls. Custom content was created for this event by studioAVFX. Alisan Porter, who won The Voice in 2016 (coached by Christina Aguilera), performed in person.
