Delivering award-winning trade show programs requires that every team member has clearly defined responsibilities. AVFX calls this the PartnerVendor Approach. In this case, the team included the client (Hologic), the designer (Derse), the builder (MC Exhibit Services) as well as the content providers, and AVFX, who provided the AV technology infrastructure for the exhibit. The 160′ x 80′ anchor booth stood out with sophisticated design, lighting, and display technology.
Ultimately, Derse was responsible for the innovative trade show booth design to present the wide range of Hologic products used to help improve and save lives through early detection and treatment. Products and demos included groundbreaking technology designed to help medical professionals achieve exceptional clinical results, making it possible to identify symptoms early, diagnose disease with greater certainty, and treat patients with compassion.
AVFX made sure the audiovisual technology was seamlessly integrated into the design. Structurally, Derse added a double deck where we positioned 31′ x 6′ LED banner made of 76 Unilumin 3.9mm tiles. Our lighting designers worked closely with both Derse and Hologic to brighten the booth and highlight product displays. The other 21′ x 13′ LED screen at first appeared to be a static graphic with an inset video screen until the entire image changed to a new subject. It was a nice effect and worked well to draw a steady stream of visitors into the booth.
