In early March we produced a business meeting scheduled for a live audience of 300 in Southboro, MA. I’m sure you remember how quickly things changed. When Coronavirus entered the US all live meetings became high risk.
Our client ultimately canceled the live event and so it became a virtual event that over 5,000 people experienced from around the world. The presenters were global as well. We had three solo presenters live on stage in Southboro and two virtual presenters in Round Rock, TX. There was also a live presenter managing a Zoom panel discussion with five people from Ireland, India, West Coast of the US and two in Texas.
The event went well and our client even sent their gratitude with a smiley face emoji.
