We recently brought together the best of both offices to produce a seven-day national sales meeting in Phoenix. The annual meeting for a global medical device company had to shift from an in-person event to a virtual broadcast.
The skilled AV technicians from AVFX have deep experience with large corporate meetings and integrated well with Denver’s exceptional CEAVCO team, handling live camera switching and managing the virtual event broadcast. Executive presenters were prerecorded daily in front of a large LED wall, edited overnight, and streamed to an audience of more than 500 people around the world.
Even though the event proved to be challenging, the client was impressed with the seamless collaboration.
