We recently supported AE Events with the production of the annual Joslin Diabetes Center High Hopes fundraising gala at the Westin Copley in Boston. The High Hopes Gala celebrates and honors patients and caregivers, donors and researchers—all of whom recognize Joslin Diabetes Center as the world leader in the fight against diabetes.

AE Events challenged AVFX to recommend a distinctive design for the stage. We proposed several configurations and the favorite was a series of flat columns made with 42 beMatrix 2.5mm LED tiles. The imagery on the columns reflected the imagery used in the High Hopes event graphic.

This event raises funds for Joslin’s most important efforts to identify breakthrough advancements in diabetes research and clinical care. The ultimate goal of the High Hopes Gala and of everyone at Joslin Diabetes Center is to make sure our children and grandchildren enjoy a future without diabetes.
