On Thursday, May 21st, 5:00 – 6:00 pm EST, the Harvard Innovation Labs presented the 2020 President’s Innovation Challenge Awards Ceremony celebrating this year’s finalist teams through an immersive, interactive virtual awards experience focused on the better future that is to come.
Our client was MASARY Studios who created a custom video stream system, bespoke animation, and AI interpretations of the Harvard iLAB’s Icon visual language, original sound composition, and a simple stage design in order to produce the virtual event with a directed cadence.

Teams from across Harvard’s 13 schools who are working at the intersections of science, medicine, technology, society, and culture to develop solutions to the world’s most pressing problems. 25 student and alumni teams showcased their highly-anticipated ventures, as the new Executive Director Matt Segneri announced the winners.
