Can AVFX support multi-room, multi-track conferences?
Yes — multi-room, multi-track coordination is a core part of what we do for association and conference clients, not an add-on. General sessions, breakouts and sponsor activations run as one production rather than a different vendor per room.
How does AVFX reduce the risk of session delays?

Do you provide event internet and connectivity for conference venues?
Yes — and it’s a managed network service, not just a line item. AVFX Event Internet negotiates bandwidth with the venue on your behalf, pre-configures hardware to prioritize key services and presenters, shapes bandwidth in real time, and monitors the network with alerts. Venues sell bandwidth but generally don’t manage it. We lower most event internet bills by 20–50%, and the consultation is free — we’re paid only if you save.
Can you produce the opening film and session graphics as well as the AV?
Yes. studioAVFX, our in-house media team, produces opening and closing films, speaker intro videos, session graphics and environmental visuals — built against the actual screens they’ll play on.
What does AVFX provide during pre-production?
CAD drawings mapping room design and audience flow — the drawings you need for venue and fire-marshal submissions — plus sight lines checked from every angle, lighting renderings, and a room-by-room show flow. Our technical directors also assist with venue selection and negotiate AV requirements and costs with the venue; rigging, power and internet are where conference budgets quietly inflate.
Can you handle sponsor and exhibitor AV alongside the conference?
Yes. Sponsor moments inside sessions and exhibitor AV on the show floor are coordinated as part of the same production, so commitments made during the sales cycle don’t land on production in the final three weeks.
How early should an association bring a production partner in?
Ideally while the agenda is still being shaped — that’s when timing risks are cheapest to fix. Most events benefit from engaging a production partner three to six months out, depending on size and complexity.
