Medtronic follows a long-standing mission to alleviate pain, restore health and extend life. The acquisition of Covidien supported this vision and so the company decided the time was right to refresh the Medtronic brand.
The new brand was launched internally across the globe to Medtronic’s diverse 85,000+ employee base. The new identity and positioning was presented at the Heart Rhythm Society’s annual meeting with a new booth design created by Medtronic’s trusted advisor, Group Delphi.
AVFX was challenged with the task of displaying the new Medtronic identity and imagery in a dramatic way. Super sharp and bright LED wall technology was selected to electrify the first impression visitors received. We drew on our inventory of high-resolution LED panels to build three large image panels in unconventional shapes for a look that was not possible until recently.
