MPC + Center for Independent Documentary

The December meeting of the Massachusetts Production Coalition had two purposes. The Event was both a holiday party and a significant anniversary. AVFX Boston was selected to supply audio, video and lighting.

35 years ago Center for Independent Documentary (CID) embarked on a mission to collaborate with independent filmmakers in the creation and distribution of high quality documentaries that inspire and educate audiences. Over 200 films produced with CID’s support have been seen on HBO, PBS, at the Sundance Festival, and earned numerous awards from Emmy’s to Peabody’s.

The panel discussion was proceeded by pocketsizeart produced by Rick Brotman.

Susan Walsh (CID Executive Director) hosted a discussion on new works from CID filmmakers.

“It was a very successful event for us – the sights and sounds were perfect and made for a warm gathering thanks to your support. The space looked amazing + the panel of filmmakers were extremely pleased with the presentation of their work, and that’s a tall order! Your team made it happen with the most care and service.”
